indo-dutch chest jackfruit and ebony chest with brass details

Indo-Dutch colonial storage trunk of solid single plank construction in jackfruit, the lid and top of base have ebony trim. The inside of the trunk has very large brass hinges with pierced details. The trunk rests on two trestles each with one large ebonized turned ball foot in the front.
